What is the return policy?

We gladly offer returns for a full refund within 30 days of delivery date. Please visit the RETURNS tab on the footer section of our website or CLICK HERE if you would like to initiate a return.

Refunds will be returned in the same payment form originally used to purchase. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return delivery date for your return to process. 

Items from our SALE section are final sale. 

 

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $60. Orders are shipped out within 3-8 business days.

Economy Shipping (5-8 business days): $4.90

Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $6.90

 

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do!

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners club, and Elo. We offer installments through ShopPay with no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees. There's also no impact on your customers' credit score. You can also pay with Apple pay Google pay, or Paypal Express checkout. 

Payment security- Our store is certified level 1 PCI DSS, which maintains a secure network and makes sure the cardholders’ data is protected.

 

What material is your jewelry made of?

All our pieces vary: 14k gold plated or filled, 18k gold plated or filled. Most are plated over Stainless steel to ensure strength and durability. Make sure to read the description box of the jewelry piece to see which one it is.  For best care, try to follow these steps:

o Try to avoid spraying perfume and applying lotion or makeup while wearing your jewelry

o Remove your jewelry when exercising and swimming in chlorine or saltwater

o Store your jewelry where it won’t rub against other hard substances or other jewelry to prevent scratches

o To clean: soak in warm, soapy water for a few minutes and dry with a soft cloth to remove dirt or debris

 

What sizes are your rings?

Currently, all our rings are a US size 6 as mentioned in their description. In the future, we hope to expand our sizes!

 

Can I edit or cancel an order once its been placed?

Unfortunately, you cannot edit an order once it’s been placed. However, if you wish to cancel an order that has not been fulfilled yet, you can contact us at info@shopellesjewelry.com  and we will cancel it for you.

 

Where are you located?

We are located in Miami, Florida where all our orders are shipped out!
